Export redirects from Redirection plugin

You must first export your redirections to a JSON file.

To do this, go to Tools, Redirection, Import / Export.

From the Export section, select WordPress redirects and JSON format, and then click Download.

Import redirects from Redirection plugin to SEOPress

Go to SEO, Tools, Import Redirections from Redirections plugin section, upload your file from your computer and click Import.
