Export your content with WP Ultimate Exporter
Download the Free version of WP Ultimate Exporter from your WP admin, Plugins, Add page. Search for “WP Ultimate Exporter” and click Activate from the search results list.
Now go to Ultimate CSV Importer Free, Export tab.
Select a post type to export the SEO metadata.
Click Continue button.
Enter a name for the exported file.
Click Export button.
Open your CSV file with Google Sheets, Excel or Numbers to edit it.
Out of the box, you will find all the SEOPress columns such as SEO title, meta description, Open Graph tags etc.
For fields with checkboxes, enter “yes”. You can learn more about the expected values from this guide.
Once you have edited your file, export it as a CSV.
Import your content with WP Ultimate CSV Importer
Download the Free version of WP Ultimate CSV Importer from your WP admin, Plugins, Add page. Search for “WP Ultimate CSV Importer” and click Activate from the search results list.
Now go to Ultimate CSV Importer Free, Import tab.
Drag and drop your newly exported CSV file.
Once uploaded, choose how and where to import your data and click Continue.
Next step, map all your data to WordPress fields.
Unfold the SEOPress fields section: by default, all our data will be automatically assigned to the correct meta keys but you can change this if necessary.
Once everything is setup, click Continue.
At Media Handling step, click Continue button.
Then Start Import at final step.
That’s it! All your SEO metadata are now imported to your WordPress site.
