🎉 New – HTML sitemap enhancements
Thanks to several user feedbacks, we have improved our HTML sitemap feature. A new argument for our shortcode, “cpt” can be passed to include specific post types like this:
[seopress_html_sitemap cpt="post,product"]
We also have added a lot of HTML classes to allow developers to customize more easily the design.
There is also a new option from the HTML sitemap settings to remove links from archive pages (eg: Products).
🎉 New – Compatibility Center
First iteration for our brand new Compatibility Center. It will allow non techies users to quickly apply some of our hooks in one click from SEO, Tools, Compatibility Center tab.
Eg: Automatically generate meta description for page builders. As always, test your site after activating theses new options.
🎉 New – Import tools
You can now migrate your SEO data from Platinum SEO Pack, SmartCrawl and SEOPressor.
Go to SEO, Tools, Plugins tab to run the migration or use our Wizard assistant.
🎉 New – Content analysis improvements
Our content analysis becomes even more efficient with the addition of two new checks:
- Heading 1 (H1): missing? duplicated? etc.
- Inbound links / Orphaned pages: is your post content linked from other pages?
🎉 New – Local Business with multiple opening hours
Better late than never: our global local business schema (SEO, PRO, Local Business tab), now supports multiple opening hours. You can have a time slot for the morning and another for the afternoon.

- seopress_titles_robots_attrs hook to add meta robots attributes
- seopress_sitemaps_no_archive_link hook to remove archive links in XML sitemaps

🎉 Other news
A very old conflict with Webarx and our Google Analytics stats in dashboard widget is finally fixed!
We have improved accessibility for our cookie bar. New option: users can also change their choice at any time (go to SEO, Analytics, Cookie bar / GDPR tab to enable this option).
Compatibility has been improved with Elementor, Divi and Oxygen page builders.
Custom fields created with Toolset are now automatically added to our Schema feature.
The user interface also continues to improve with user feedback.
