Import post and terms metadata from SmartCrawl to SEOPress

With SEOPress, you can import all your metadata from SmartCrawl, including:

  • Title tags
  • Meta description
  • Facebook Open Graph tags (title, description and image thumbnail)
  • Twitter tags (title, description and image thumbnail)
  • Meta Robots (noindex, nofollow, noarchive, nosnippet)
  • Canonical URL
  • Redirect URL
  • Focus keywords

To do that, go to SEO, Tools, Plugins, and select SmartCrawl.

Click Migrate now.

That’s it!

Now you can disable and remove SmartCrawl plugin from your WordPress admin.

Note that it’s important to not have 2 SEO plugins running at the same time to avoid conflicts.

WARNING: Migration will delete/upgrade all SEOPress posts metadata. SmartCrawl datas will not be deleted.
