Import post and terms metadata from The SEO Framework to SEOPress

With SEOPress, you can import all your metadata from The SEO Framework, including:

  • Title tags
  • Meta description
  • Facebook Open Graph tags (title, description and image thumbnail)
  • Twitter tags (title, description and image thumbnail)
  • Meta Robots (noindex, nofollow, noarchive)
  • Canonical URL
  • Redirect URL
  • Primary category (post and products)

To do that, go to SEO, Tools, Plugins, and select The SEO Framework.

Look at the SEO Framework section and click Migrate now.

That’s it!

Now you can disable and remove The SEO Framework plugin from your WordPress admin.

Note that it’s important to not have 2 SEO plugins running at the same time to avoid conflicts.

WARNING: Migration will delete/upgrade all SEOPress posts metadata. The SEO Framework datas will not be deleted.
