Import post metadata from SEO Ultimate to SEOPress

With SEOPress, you can import all your posts metadata from SEO Ultimate, including:

  • Title tags
  • Meta description
  • Facebook Open Graph tags (title, description and image thumbnail)
  • Meta Robots (noindex, nofollow)

To do that, go to SEO, Tools, Plugins, and select SEO Ultimate.

Click Migrate now.

That’s it!

Now you can disable and remove SEO Ultimate plugin from your WordPress admin.

Note that we don’t import term metadata as SEO Ultimate does not have this feature.

Note that it’s important to not have 2 SEO plugins running at the same time to avoid conflicts.

WARNING: Migration will delete/upgrade all SEOPress posts metadata. SEO Ultimate data will not be deleted.
